What's the next step for this rising band of electrified garage dance? Otto Matik said that the Primadonnas would like to play Ohm's and continue to play at parties and perhaps release a home-recorded demo cassette of a practice or something. Matik refused to disclose any upcoming release information, but it sounds like something is in the works. Live cassette recordings of the band are numerous but hard to find. Eternity Cassettes's Paul Vodas put out a compilation entitled "Austin Live Houses" that features an early recording of the Primadonnas "Fall Fashion". There are still a few copies left at Sound Exchange in Austin.

why do you have lots of keyboards?
why do the primadonnas have this particular image?
why do you wear all black?
it's not because you see the world in terms of black and white
or because the keys of a synthesizer are black and white?
what would you have the Primadonnas do over the next couple of months?
would you say the primadonnas show is perfect?
would you have the audience behave differently?
how would you describe the niche that the Primadonnas fill in terms of Austin music?
a maserati and a platinum blonde
a hat, dark glasses, and a wig

it's torture to live the way we do
it's torture to live the way we do

a nonstop tour across the land
